CMMI for CRM Consultancy Teams

It has been almost 5 years since I last did my CMM appraisal(for the company I worked for at that time). That company has since reached CMMI Level 5!

For the last few months I have been curious to find out how CMMI can help CRM Consultancy teams mange project betters, So I thought I’d create a category on my blog and post my views on the subject from time to time.
